How licensing works
Each app has a price per licensed user per year. Licensed users are active named users, with a minimum of 5.
Choose the apps you need. Every licensed user gets every app on your licence, so there's nothing to assign person by person.
Per installation per year. It covers the licence, upgrades and standard support.
Install MAP on your own servers at no extra cost, or have us host it for you.

Discounts
Four savings apply in this order, each to what's left after the one above, so they compound rather than add. Total savings are capped at 50% of list.

A further 5% when you pay for a multi-year term in advance.
Example: 60 users on all twelve apps for three years, paid up front. 20% off, then 5.8%, then 12%, then 5% comes to 37% off list, not the 42.8% you'd get by adding them up.
Extras
Yearly extras are per installation. Percentages are of your app licence after savings.

Part of every licence. It covers the licence, upgrades and standard support.
Included on your own servers
Run MAP on your own infrastructure at no extra cost. Managed hosting, where we run it for you, is 20% of the licence after savings, with a minimum of £3,600 a year.
Included Standard support
Standard support comes with the instance fee. Premium support is 15% and Trackside support 25% of the licence after savings, per year. Ask us what each covers.
£2,000 per installation per year
A versioned REST API for your own integrations, with self-serve API keys and an OpenAPI description.
£500 per installation per year
SCIM 2.0 lets your identity provider create, update and deactivate MAP accounts as group membership changes.
From £3,000 one-off, to £10,000 by scope
Additional services are £1,000 per day. One-off items are invoiced on acceptance and aren't part of the yearly cost.
FAQ
Active named users, as the licence counts them, with a minimum of 5. You're charged for the licensed count, and it's trued up quarterly when it grows: users you add are charged pro rata to the end of your licence year.
Every licensed user gets every app on your licence. Apps are switched on for the installation by its licence key, so you choose apps for the team, not per person. What each person can do inside an app is still up to their permissions.
No. The packages are suggestions, and any combination of apps is possible. If you need ten or eleven apps, check the estimator: all twelve can cost less because of the 20% all-apps saving.
Software is invoiced annually in advance for the licence term, or in full on acceptance when the whole term is paid up front. One-off items such as implementation are invoiced on acceptance. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
Upgrades freeze at the licence's maintenance-until date, so you keep the release you have but can't move to newer ones. After a 14-day grace period MAP stops working until the licence is renewed. Your data stays yours throughout.
No. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate.
No. It uses the same rates as our quotation, but it's indicative: your formal quotation confirms the price, and it's valid until the date shown on it. See prices and estimates in our website terms.
